We are writing this letter to inform and thank you for the wonderful service.
Our story began with a negative experience with an agent from another brokerage in Kingston. We are first time home buyers and really had no idea how the process worked. She tried to take advantage of us, and we could have ended up in a very bad situation financially and emotionally. We followed our gut instinct and decided to stop by your office to ask a few questions and get a second opinion. Carl answered all our questions and helped us make a more informed decision. He explained to us the difference types of contracts and buyer representation, which we had not been made aware before. However, he never pressured us or told us what to do. He offered to be our Realtor and help us in our search for a home in Kingston even though he would have to drive over 3 hours to get there. He asked us to take some time to think about everything before coming to a decision. He truly showed professionalism , integrity, and honesty. After leaving with the information he had given us, we took the time we needed to look over the information he had given us, we took the time needed to look over the situation and make an informed decision. It was not a difficult one to make, clearly Carl was our guy! It was very important to us to find a Realtor we could trust, and make a positive experience out of it, especially being first time home buyers.
Carl really did go the extra mile for us, literally. He drove up to Kingston several times to show us houses. We had a bit of bad luck at first but he stuck to it and kept us positive and motivated in our search. His efforts truly paid off and ended up finding the perfect home after all. Carl exemplifies how all Realtors should work. He was approachable, honest and trustworthy, listened and understood our wants and needs, and never once pressured us into any decisions. We have recommended him to others and will continue to do so, and look forward to working with him when we are posted back to the area.
Thank you most sincerely,
Anne-Marie and Stephen Keeble.
